Brandi Kupchella comes to Downtown Yoga with over a decade of fitness experience and considers herself a Yogathlete. She has earned certifications in group fitness instruction, indoor cycling, Barre and is a women’s fitness specialist. Brandi completed her 200HR YTT with Life Power Yoga in 2018 and her 300HR YTT in 2023 with the Jason Crandell Yoga Method.
Brandi believes in the importance of connection within the practice of yoga: with your body, your mind, and the community around you. Her style IS athletic and challenging, but Brandi works with participants to teach them to use self-knowledge and moderation to make each practice work for them.
