Laura has been teaching cycle since 2002 at various clubs in Westminster, Annapolis, and Baltimore. Her fitness certifications include Reebok Cycle, AFAA Cycle, Barre, and Group Ex. She loves teaching freestyle classes that include HIIT, Tabatas, Powerzone, and endurance training.
