At Downtown Yoga our mission is to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space. Here students can explore their own yoga practice, develop their very own yoga journey, and learn to overcome life’s challenges with ease.

By consistently practicing yoga, students will feel rejuvenated and inspired; thus opening the doors to positive transformation.
At Downtown Yoga, our skilled 200-500 hour teachers each have their own unique gift to offer the world.
They bring their own teaching style and voice, allowing for a unique yoga experience every time.
